Welcome back!

Happy New Year 6a and 6c!

I hope everyone has rested well over the holidays and is excited about the new term in English.

This term, we are looking at detective fiction in English.   This week, we were introduced to Sherlock Holmes and we started reading The Hound of the Baskervilles.

Over the next month, we will continue to work on the Treasure Hunts in Lift Off! It is very important that every student remembers to bring the Lift Off textbook and workbook back to school for each English class.

Homework: On Tuesday, 14 January, 2014 students must complete pages 104 - 106 in the green workbook.
